He was from rural areas of Bangladesh with very disadvantage family background.Notably,he did not view his accomplishment as personal trump but as a catalyst to assist others facing similar obstacles.In 1998,Mr Khondoker took a monumental step by establishing Smart Computer Science and Technology(SCST)an institute aimed at providing affordable technical education to underprivileged students in Bangladesh.His leadership as the founder principal and CEO was become a beacon of hope for thousands of aspiring Engineers from very disadvantage family background,equipping them with skills crucial for professional success.Mr. Kawnain foresight,innovation and unyielding commitment to social betterment were evident through SCST’s impact.The institute not only the offered a pathway to employment for his graduates but also facilitated opportunities for pursuing higher education,thereby uplifting entire families and communities.His initiative stands as a testament to his altruism and leadership,marking SCST as a landmark institution in Bangladesh.
He completed MBA course from recognized University with extra ordinary result.He also admitted DUET for his Masters in Engineering course and completed his theoretical course.He wrote different types of diploma in engineering books under the syllabus of BTEB.The books are System analysis and design,computer networking-2,microprocessor and microcomputer-3,
microcontroller,outside plant,programmable logic controller,microprocessor and interfacing,Advanced certificate in computer technology ,electronic engineering interview knowledge,telecommunication engineering knowledge,computer servicing,computer servicing -1,computer servicing-2,robotics and control under reputed Haque Publication. He has published four journals in Bangladesh International Journal of Engineering Technology(IJET),g-science based on solar charging station,low cost electrical model and neuclera power plant advantage and disadvantage in respect of Bangladesh. He got seventeen awards from different ministers and deputy ministers including 4 gold medals.He is also chairman of two organization in Bangladesh and one in USA.Both are non profit social educational institutions.He is also trying to develop such type of organization only for distress backed low income level families’ student aiming to serve technical education ,job training ,research in small extent etc.In a not shell,he is a root level researcher ,prolific technical books writer,Business entrepreneur and social leader.
